About the Role
The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence for our key merchant partners. You will be instrumental in executing high-impact marketing and merchandising initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless operational support to maximise partner success.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Marketing & Merchandising (40%): Lead the end-to-end management of promotional campaigns for retail & convenience partners, from initial setup to performance reporting. Develop and create in-app and out-of-app marketing assets to maximise campaign visibility and user engagement. Curate and merchandise partner offers through in-menu collections, optimising for discovery and sales. Collaborate with the Consumer Growth team to align marketing calendars and execute strategic seasonal campaigns. Support the growth of Uber One and loyalty programs by managing targeted offers, creating audience segments, and analysing impact. Prepare and present campaign performance findings to key partners in partnership with the Account Manager.
- Business Analysis & Insights (35%): Provide analytical support for business reviews by conducting deep-dives, utilising both Google Sheets and SQL, to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Leverage data to identify and inform promotional recommendations, menu merchandising, and SKU expansion opportunities.
- Operational Excellence (25%): Enhance operational efficiency and quality by conducting regular serviceability checks and supporting partner onboarding. Assist with a variety of operational tasks, including order investigations, fraud escalations, and partner hub user management. Conduct ad-hoc pieces of analysis on partner performance/trends across a range of subjects, from operational problems to value-driving initiatives. Own various forms of reporting for both account managers and partners, including updating dashboards or providing weekly reports.
What You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for using data to solve problems.
- Advanced organizational skills as the role involves looking after a large number of accounts.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to perform complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and reporting.
- Experience in a B2B or e-commerce setting.
