Job Description

Uber Recruit are currently assisting our client, a well-established organisation based in Grangemouth who are passionate about customer care. This is a key role within their organisation responsible for the support of the day to day functions across their fast paced Sales, Purchasing and Operations Departments.

This is a permanent full-time position (Monday-Friday), although part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

The successful individual must be highly organised and proactive with strong Administration experience, ideally having supported multiple areas of supply chain. You should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Sales, Purchasing, and Operations functions.
  • Manage the sales inbox, process sales orders, and track purchase orders, inventory, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare quotes, sales reports, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, ensuring satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and clear updates.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements.
  • Support scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational planning.
