Uber Recruit are working in partnership with our progressive client to recruit the ideal candidate for their current role of Sales Coordinator. Based at their office in Livingston, this is a permanent position, working 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday. This is a key role within the organisation to build on the company's current success.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Customers sales support, dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
- Preparing customer quotes and processing orders accurately and on time.
- Owning queries and problem solving to resolution.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a team who are delivering a first class service through professional communication and attention to detail, thus ensuring strong relationships for the business growth. There is full training given on the technical product however it is essential that you:
- Are enthusiastic and customer focused.
- Have Customer Service/ Internal Sales experience within a business to business environment.
- Be driven with the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work well within a team and on your own initiative.
Our client offers an excellent opportunity to work within a proactive team with salary circa £24,000 and OTE up to £29,000 dependant on experience. 25 days holidays plus bank holidays and contributory company pension.
