About the Role
Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals that can demonstrate a history of successfully hitting targets, and who have a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships for Uber. The candidate will be joining the UK & Ireland team - one of the globally top performing teams in Uber for Business in 2025, and will contribute to the continued success in 2026 and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Drive partnerships and sales of the Uber for Business platform, services, and solutions to target prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organisations.
- Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals.
- Implement and launch Uber for Business with clients and ensure strong and consistent ridership.
- Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities.
- Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment.
- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.
What You'll Need
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, B2B or technology sales.
- English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- High achieving mindset.
- An extremely motivated & ambitious salesperson who has a track record of exceeding targets.
- You're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities.
- Experience in selling based on consumption is a huge plus.
- Strong ability to self-prospect, write persuasive emails & start client conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion.
- Ability to handle objections and delays with a focus on retaining value.
