Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in customer facing role ideally fromhospitality, retail or tourism background
- A genuine desire and ability to work with the public in afront line, customer facing role
- Ability to build rapport with customers and be approachable,knowledgeable and helpful
