This role isaccountable for revenue, conversion rate, customer experience, and the day‑to‑dayrunning and optimisation of e‑commerce platforms.
T he successful candidate will be theorganisation’s e‑commerce expert.
They will proactively identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and lead the e‑commerce function.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years of experience in an E‑commerce role, preferably in transport, travel or leisure sectors.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and data tools
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, CRM, SEO)
- Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms and CMS tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow online revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention
- Manage the e‑commerce platforms(Web, APP and Digital Kiosks)
- Optimise the end‑to‑endcustomer journey (UX, navigation, checkout, payment, delivery)
- Lead onsite tradingactivities: promotions, merchandising, pricing, offers
