<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Managing admin budget and expenditure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Reviewing and approving invoices for office rent, utilities, maintenance etc, ensuring<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>inline<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>with contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Approving orders for office supplies and managing to budget. Raising/approving<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>POβs<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>for invoice items or processing expense receipts for card payments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Sending and managing office -based comms<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Considering and managing processes for any changes <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Sourcing and managing contracts and maintenance for photocopier (all office hubs), coffee machine etc<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
