Requirements<\/h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>Supporting the <\/span>Lounge <\/span>Manager <\/span>in leading <\/span>team members<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Open and close the Lounge, coordinate floor <\/span>team, and manage day -to -day service. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Ensure the <\/span>Lounge <\/span>complies with <\/span>all relevant HACCP <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>and legislation, following best practice principals to deliver a consistent standard of ‘world <\/span><\/span>class’<\/span> <\/span>customer service<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Ensure legal compliance with the sale of alcohol, prevent underage drinking, and uphold premises licensing regulations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Work alongside the other <\/span>Retail <\/span>Managers, <\/span>identifying <\/span>training requirements to ensure the team have development opportunities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>Support with recruitment, retention, management, and development of<\/span> <\/span>the<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Work closely with your <\/span><\/span>T<\/span>eam <\/span><\/span>of Café bar assistants <\/span><\/span>to develop and sustain <\/span><\/span>a high level<\/span> <\/span>of <\/span><\/span>t<\/span>eam energy and engagement, focused on our company values and service promises<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Conduct regular stock takes, manage deliveries, and ensure bars are fully stocked.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Coordinate closely with the sales team on set -up, staffing and timelines for events ranging from intimate <\/span><\/span>gathering<\/span> <\/span>to <\/span><\/span>large -<\/span>scale parties. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/span>
