KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b> o<\/span><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>RResponsible for responding to all charter booking enquiries from the Sales team, they are delivered according to the charter sheets in the most cost efficient way as appropriate, maintaining accurate records.<\/span><\/p>o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Advise Pier staff of passenger volumes if required.<\/span><\/p>o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support with cancellations: rolling out the craft cancellations and passenger information as required using real time information systems, along with information to all in house departments.<\/span><\/p>o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure the fleet operations department is adhering to the WTD and all regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/p>o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure sickness and absence within the Fleet Operations team is appropriately entered into the scheduling system, and return to work forms are filled, and shared with relevant stakeholders<\/span><\/p>o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for recording last minute shift changes or overtime on the scheduling system, to prevent any discrepancies in crew contractual hours or pay and track departmental recharge costs<\/span><\/p> <\/span><\/b><\/p><\/div><\/span>
