Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge manager with event hosting experience to join our Retail Operation Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2yrs or more previous bar management experience
  • Personal licence holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft office package
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing
  • Experience in delivering high- end events within a new location
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships
  • Exceptional organisational skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment and training of front -of-house team
  • Stock management
  • Act as the primary customer contact, building trusted, long- lasting relationships, ensure all client needs are understood and exceeded.
  • People management
  • Achieving targets as set by HOD
  • Financial reporting
  • Managing staff Rota
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/bank holidays)
  • Demonstrate leadership and motivation of others.
  • Working with sales team to maximize event boking opportunity
  • Working with suppliers on menu change
  • Working with external events coordinator
  • Managing external contractors (cleaning, security)
