We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge manager with event hosting experience to join our Retail Operation Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Personal licence holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing
- Experience in delivering high-end events within a new location
- Strong customer focus and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships
- Exceptional organisational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and training of front-of-house team
- Act as the primary customer contact, building trusted, long-lasting relationships, ensuring all client needs are understood and exceeded.
- People management
- Achieving targets as set by HOD
- Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/bank holidays)
- Demonstrate leadership and motivation of others.
- Working with sales team to maximize event booking opportunity
- Working with suppliers on menu change
- Working with external events coordinator
- Managing external contractors (cleaning, security)
