Uber Boat by Thames Clippers is seeking an E-commerce Manager to drive the online store's revenue and user experience across Web, App, and Digital Kiosks. You will own conversion, AOV, retention, and day-to-day optimisation of the e-commerce platforms.
You will partner with Marketing, Product, Operations and IT to implement CRO, campaigns and checkout improvements, using GA4 and heatmaps to guide decisions. A 2–3 year e-commerce track record in transport or leisure is preferred.
