We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, and identity and access management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise end-user computing environments while ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
Note: On-site work is required for 2-3 days per week in Central London.
Responsibilities- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including tenant configuration, policies, and governance.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Design and implement Conditional Access policies and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MCAS) security controls.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for device management, application deployment, compliance, and security.
- Support and administer SCCM/MECM environments for endpoint provisioning, software deployment, patch management, and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions to improve organisational security posture.
- Administer Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, including hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations.
- Manage Microsoft Teams, including Enterprise Voice, telephony integrations, and Poly video conferencing solutions.
- Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams adoption, configuration, and migration projects.
- Deliver tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations using industry-standard migration tools.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
- Provide third-line technical support and troubleshooting for complex end-user computing and collaboration platform issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Security Certifications (SC-200, SC-400, SC-100)
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and modern workplace technologies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA.
- Hands-on experience with Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management best practices.
