As a Cloud Architect at UBDS Group, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the Infrastructure that drive our clients\’ digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructures using various cloud & Infrastructure platforms, deploying scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions tailored to their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals and translate them into cloud architecture solutions
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure aligned with industry best practices and security standards
- Recommend the right mix of cloud services, tools, and technologies to meet client needs
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the full project lifecycle
- Support development teams with architectural guidance and troubleshooting
- Monitor and optimise cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging cloud trends and technologies
What You\’ll Bring
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and ideally GCP
- Hands on technical knowledge of Infrastructure technology covering Cloud, Virtualisation, Networking and Storage
- Strong grasp of cloud architecture principles, patterns, and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You\’ll be working with a modern and diverse tech stack, including:
- Cloud – Azure and AWS
- Virtualisation: VMware ESX
- Storage: Dell PowerScale, HP Alletra, Dell Compellent
- Hardware: Dell, HP
- Networking: VMware NSX, Aruba, Ruckus (Switching & WiFi), Brocade, Fortinet Firewalls
