Our Managed Services team is dedicated to delivering high-quality IT solutions and support to our clients, ensuring their systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.

We are seeking a skilled Application Packager to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying application packages for our clients. This role requires a thorough understanding of application packaging technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, test, and deploy application packages using industry-standard tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their application packaging requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application packaging and deployment
  • Maintain and update application packaging documentation and procedures
  • Work closely with other members of the Managed Services team to ensure seamless integration of application packages into client environments
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding application packaging and deployment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest application packaging technologies and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Application Packager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of application packaging tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft InTune, Orca, AdminStudio, and InstallShield
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software deployment methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus
