We're UBC Flexible Offices, one of the UK's leading flexible workspace providers, with 15 locations across the country. Our Warrington home is a buzzing hub of startups, growing businesses and remote teams, and we're looking for a brilliant host to be the heartbeat of it all.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a genuine smile
  • Keeping our meeting and conference rooms looking sharp
  • Running a busy front desk like a pro
  • Being the first (and best) point of contact for everyone who walks in
  • Prepping and managing meeting rooms for busy schedules
  • Handling calls, enquiries and day-to-day admin
  • Going the extra mile to make clients feel genuinely looked after
  • Keeping things running smoothly — even when it's hectic

What we're looking for

  • You don't need a specific qualification but you do need energy, warmth and a genuine love of helping people.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or reception role (hospitality background? even better)
  • Strong communication skills, on the phone, face to face and in writing
  • The ability to juggle a dozen things at once without losing your cool
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
  • Comfortable with MS Office and general admin tasks
