Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Prepare and deliver dishes to the highest standard during service.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with mise en place, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
- Support the training and development of Commis Chefs within your section.
- Ensure efficiency and organisation, especially during busy service periods.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up, within a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and a passion for Asian flavours (Asian or Asian-fusion experience is a plus but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, well-presented dishes.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
