The predicted salary is between 28 - 32 £ per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and deliver dishes to the highest standard during service.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Assist with mise en place, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
  • Support the training and development of Commis Chefs within your section.
  • Ensure efficiency and organisation, especially during busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up, within a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and a passion for Asian flavours (Asian or Asian-fusion experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, well-presented dishes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
