Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and service.

  • Assist with ordering, stock management, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a high‑volume, quality‑driven restaurant.
  • Solid understanding of Asian ingredients, flavours, and cooking techniques (experience with Asian fusion is a plus but not essential).
  • Passion for delivering high‑quality, beautifully presented dishes.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
