Are you ready to lead mornings with energy and precision? UBA Shoreditch is looking for a confident, organised, and service‑driven Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at UBA Shoreditch, part of Hart Shoreditch. We are currently recruiting for one part‑time position. At UBA, breakfast sets the tone for the day. As Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll lead the morning service, support and motivate the team, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable start to their day. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in early shifts and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Supervise, support, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Act as the main point of contact during breakfast service, handling guest feedback professionally and confidently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Assist with staff scheduling, opening procedures, and handovers where required.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and service areas are fully prepared before service begins.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring consistent standards and brand knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or strong Senior FOH team member in a quality hospitality venue.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a calm and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident in delivering great guest service and leading by example on the floor.
- Comfortable with early starts and fast‑paced morning services.
- Passion for lifestyle‑led hospitality and guest‑first experiences.
