This is a hands-on technical role supporting the maintenance, integration and field deployment of advanced UAV systems. You will work across a range of operational environments, including remote and high-tempo locations across the UK, Europe and further afield.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing system modifications, hardware integrations and fault diagnosis on UAV platforms
  • Conducting installations and scheduled maintenance at client and field sites
  • Working alongside engineering teams to integrate new systems and payloads
  • Developing technical documentation and delivering training to end users
  • Providing on-site and remote technical support in demanding operational conditions

What We Need

  • Practical experience with UAV systems, avionics, electronics or mechanical engineering in an operational or field service context
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out UAV integrations and modifications to a high standard
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Comfort operating in remote or austere environments as part of a wider technical team
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including with clients and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • A technical degree or recognised qualification in UAV systems, avionics, electronics or a related discipline
