UAV Talent is seeking skilled, level-headed Remote Pilots to run critical UAS operations.

You will be central to every mission: overseeing live flights, solving problems in real time and holding the line on safety and compliance.

Expect to spend around half your time in the field across the UK and Europe, working hands-on with advanced UAV platforms in complex, real-world conditions.

From live deployments to feeding back on system performance, you will directly shape how the next generation of UAV capability develops.

This role is open to experienced UAS pilots and to licensed crewed pilots looking to move across into unmanned aviation.

  • ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) in executing live UAS missions
  • Conduct all flight operations safely, within regulatory compliance and fully documented
  • Lead safety procedures before, during and after every flight
  • Troubleshoot and provide direct support during emergencies or technical issues
  • Coach and support junior operators, embedding best practice
  • Feed operational insight back into product development
  • Maintain proficiency and readiness across all key platforms

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Completed UAS ground school with hands-on flight experience
  • Sound grasp of meteorology and both controlled and uncontrolled airspace
  • Holds A1/A3 as a minimum (CAA/EASA); A2 Cof C preferred
  • Radiotelephony certified, with clear and effective communication
  • A crewed-aviation background is highly valued. We actively welcome PPL, LAPL and CPL holders, as well as military pilots, looking to transition into UAS
  • Experience on larger or long-endurance UAS platforms is an advantage, but not essential for the right aviator
  • Composed under pressure, reliable and focused on mission success
  • Fluent English (C2 level or above)
  • Applicants must be sole UK nationals and eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • WHAT IS ON OFFER
  • Work at the leading edge of UAV technology and mission execution
  • Contribute to high-impact, purpose-driven operations
