Sales Team Leader – Student Recruitment
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.NOTE: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without a visa.

At UAPP, we are dedicated to making the process of applying to universities in the UK easier for students worldwide and streamlining the recruitment process for universities. Our Edtech platform is designed to provide students with the resources and support they need to embark on their Higher Education journey and help universities engage with prospective students seamlessly.
Your role will include mentoring, training, and supporting your team while also engaging in recruitment activities. Training and mentoring consultants, providing them with resources to enhance performance.
Conducting meaningful 1-2-1 sessions on call quality, customer outcomes and performance KPIs.
Tracking enquiries, applications, admissions data, and managing student recruitment pipelines.
Utilising various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and virtual platforms, to engage with prospective students and nurture leads.
Supporting social media initiatives by promoting UAPP across various platforms and helping to develop new content.
Reporting and presenting progress to the Sales Manager in London
