We are expanding our footprint across the UK and Europe and are currently recruiting a Student Recruitment Team Leader to join our team in London ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Student Admissions Team Leader at UAPP, you will oversee the UK team of Freelance Student Consultants, ensuring that our high standards of student guidance are maintained. Your role will include mentoring, training, and supporting your team while also engaging in recruitment activities. You’ll play a pivotal part in achieving team targets and reporting to the Senior Stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a team of consultants based in the UK to ensure student recruitment goals are met. Training and mentoring consultants, providing them with resources to enhance performance. Conducting meaningful 1-2-1 sessions on call quality, customer outcomes and performance KPIs. Ensuring you and your team stay updated on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends. Tracking enquiries, applications, admissions data, and managing student recruitment pipelines. Utilising various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and virtual platforms, to engage with prospective students and nurture leads. Maintaining ongoing communication with prospective students to keep them engaged and informed throughout the admissions process. Assisting consultants with providing personalised guidance to students on university options and admission requirements. Being part of conversations to brainstorm strategies to improve student conversion rates from initial contact through to enrolment. Representing UAPP at events and workshops. Supporting social media initiatives by promoting UAPP across various platforms and helping to develop new content.
