ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay updated on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends to offer accurate advice.
- Provide personalized guidance to students on university options, courses, and admission requirements.
- Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current students, establishing strong relationships.
- Guide students through the entire admissions process, from application submission to enrolment.
- Implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate of prospective students to successful enrolments.
- Engage with local communities, schools, and educational institutions to build and develop a network with Ukrainian students and partners.
- Represent UAPP at relevant events and activities to enhance the company's presence focusing on the Ukrainian market.
- Participate in events, record videos, promote UAPP on social media and implement new content ideas on social media channels to attract Ukrainian students.
REQUIREMENTS
- Settled/Pre-settled Status in the UK or British Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven experience in education consulting and student admissions
- Strong understanding of the UK universities, courses and admission criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
