Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, e Bay, B&Q, and company websites, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
  • Resolve order-related issues by collaborating with customer service and fulfilment teams to address queries, delays, and returns promptly.
  • Track ecommerce performance metrics including stock levels, shipping times, returns, and customer feedback to improve operations.
  • Assist in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns by refining paid ads, keyword targeting, and on-page SEO strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Amazon reports to provide regular updates.
  • Assist in creating high-quality product images and videos to enhance visual presentation across platforms.
