We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of student recruitment to help grow our company nationally and internationally.
As the Head of student recruitment, you will manage and oversee the UK and International recruitment, Admissions and Student Finance teams, playing a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and meeting conversion targets.
- Lead and oversee the student recruitment strategy for both UK and international students.
- Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes to ensure enrolment targets are met.
- Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment data to optimise performance and improve conversion rates.
- Identify new recruitment channels and build strong partnerships with educational institutions and agents.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Lead and manage the UK Recruitment team, International student recruitment Team, Admissions and Student Finance teams, providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set team and individual goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Proven experience in student recruitment, either in the UK or international sector.
