Join a new luxury cocktail bar and karaoke venue as part of a dynamic hospitality team. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences by combining expert bartending with excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the bar team during service, helping maintain smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare prebatches and cocktails according to in-house recipes and established standards.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, responding professionally to guest preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, well-stocked bar and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Engage with guests, take orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and promote responsible alcohol service in line with licensing requirements.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards throughout all bar operations.
  • Support the team during busy periods and be available for weekend and night shifts.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, senior bartender, supervisor, or in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage service, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, guest-focused approach.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example as part of a collaborative team.
