Join a new luxury cocktail bar and karaoke venue as part of a dynamic hospitality team. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences by combining expert bartending with excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the bar team during service, helping maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare prebatches and cocktails according to in-house recipes and established standards.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, responding professionally to guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organised, well-stocked bar and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Monitor customer behaviour and promote responsible alcohol service in line with licensing requirements.
- Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards throughout all bar operations.
- Support the team during busy periods and be available for weekend and night shifts.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a bartender, senior bartender, supervisor, or in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage service, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Confident communication skills and a professional, guest-focused approach.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example as part of a collaborative team.
