U9, a new opening luxury cocktail bar and karaoke destination in the heart of London's West End, is seeking skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team. We are redefining nightlife and are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a flair for crafting exceptional beverages. As a Bartender, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience where luxury meets laughter every night. This role demands excellent time management in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare prebatches and ensure to follow the in-house recipes.
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to established recipes and guest preferences.
  • Maintain the pristine cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and stocked.
  • Engage professionally with guests, taking orders, and offering expert recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor customer behaviour diligently to ensure responsible alcohol service and strict compliance with all licensing laws.
  • Support inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
  • Uphold rigorous food safety standards through impeccable hygiene practices across all bar operations.
  • Be available to work weekends and night shifts, contributing to our lively evening atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of efficiently handling multiple orders during peak periods.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices pertinent to the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
