Responsibilities
- Lead & train bar team: rotas, coaching, performance.
- Oversee daily ops: service, stock, opening/closing.
- Control inventory & suppliers: orders, stocktakes, GP targets.
- Update drinks menu: cocktails, beers, wines – creative & profitable.
- Drive sales: promotions, upselling, events.
- Ensure compliance: licensing (Personal Licence required), H&S, hygiene.
- Handle cash, tills & basic reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years Bar Manager in busy London bar/venue.
- Valid UK Personal Alcohol Licence.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer/wine & trends.
- Strong leadership & team motivation skills.
- Commercial mindset: cost/sales control.
- Hands-on – ready to jump behind the bar.
- Right to work in UK + shift flexibility.
