What you’ll be doing

• Driving and Maintaining both Telehandler and Shovel
• Managing a team of pickers
• Ensuring productivity targets set by the Business Manager are met
• Unloading waste from vehicles, loading bales on vehicles and moving waste around the site, including feeding hoppers
• Ensuring compliance with Health and safety, fleet and other relevant company policies and procedures
• Being aware of Management principles
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers coming to site

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Loading Shovel, 360 grab, and clamp truck licences
• Basic I.T knowledge

Desirable

• Previous experience in recycling and waste management
