About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our fast‑paced and growing team. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Offloading supplier goods and ensuring accurate stock control
- Working within company policies and procedures to maintain high health & safety standards
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently
- Working as part of a friendly and motivated team
Requirements
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift Truck driving experience (license/cert preferred)
- A proactive, hands‑on approach
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- A positive attitude with the drive to grow your career
- It is an advantage if the successful candidate has a shunting licence, but not ideal training can be provided
- Experience in a busy yard/ warehouse. A distinct advantage.
