How to prepare for a job interview at U-Trak
✨Know Your Vehicle Inside Out
Make sure you’re familiar with your small van's specifications and capabilities. Be ready to discuss its fuel efficiency, maintenance history, and any modifications you've made. This shows you're serious about the role and can handle the demands of multi-drop deliveries.
✨Plan Your Routes
Before the interview, practice planning efficient delivery routes. Familiarise yourself with local areas and potential traffic issues. Being able to demonstrate your route-planning skills will impress the interviewer and show that you can manage time effectively during those 10-hour shifts.
✨Highlight Your Delivery Experience
If you’ve got previous experience in delivery or courier roles, be sure to share specific examples. Talk about how you handled challenges like tight deadlines or difficult customers. This will help the interviewer see that you’re capable of delivering up to 120 parcels smoothly.
