Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
This role involves daily delivery along a set route, providing excellent customer service, loading/unloading vehicles, and handling COD and cash orders at delivery.
Schedule
Monday-Friday; start time between 5:00 am and completion of route (hours may vary); overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Driving
- Operate a straight truck following safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips
Loading
- Load and unload trucks as needed
Customer Service & Cash Handling
- Deliver quality customer service
- Handle cash and collect payments upon delivery

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, or smell.
- Must occasionally lift up to 80 pounds, including handling tires over 70 pounds.
- Wear protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions; moderate noise level; exposure to fumes from tires and lubricants.
Qualifications
- Must be 23 or older (mandatory federal requirement)
- Commercial Driver License: Class B
- Endorsement: H (Hazardous Materials)
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Follow safe operating procedures
- Provide quality customer service
- Pass pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
- Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
- One of the following:
- 1 year of commercial driving experience (Class A or B)
- 2 years of relevant full-time work plus completion of an approved truck driving program
