You will support the People, Recruitment, and Learning & Development (L&D) teams with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks while working towards your Level 3 HR qualification via an apprenticeship with Colchester Institute.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR administration
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
- Help maintain employee records and HR systems
- Support Learning & Development activities and training administration
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
- Work collaboratively with the HR team on ongoing projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Confident and professional communicator
