What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head of Events and Senior Events Manager in the smooth running of the Events Department.
- Helping to grow the events business through client engagement, venue show‑rounds and promotional activity.
- Coordinating client enquiries, contracts, budgets and supplier bookings.
- Working closely with caterers, AV teams, florists and other partners to deliver seamless events.
- Assisting with room setups, event logistics and on‑the‑day coordination.
- Preparing weekly event schedules and ensuring all operational details are communicated clearly.
- Playing a key role in the planning of Trinity House’s internal events.
