Kick‑start your career in Events with an Events Co‑ordinator Apprenticeship at Trinity House
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head of Events and Senior Events Manager in the smooth running of the Events Department
- Helping to grow the events business through client engagement, venue show‑rounds and promotional activity
- Coordinating client enquiries, contracts, budgets and supplier bookings
- Working closely with caterers, AV teams, florists and other partners to deliver seamless events
- Assisting with room setups, event logistics and on‑the‑day coordination
- Preparing weekly event schedules and ensuring all operational details are communicated clearly
- Playing a key role in the planning of Trinity House’s internal events

- A motivated, organised individual with strong communication skills
- A customer‑focused mindset and a calm, professional approach
- Confidence working with clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend events
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn

Hours: 41.5 per week (varied, including evenings/weekends)
