An opportunity to shape the future of Trinity House lighthouse maintenance. Trinity House is seeking an exceptional Lighthouse Manager to take a leading role in the stewardship of one of the UK’s most iconic and technically complex infrastructure estates. This is not a conventional engineering management role; it offers a rare opportunity to directly influence the future direction of lighthouse maintenance, asset management, and operational delivery, ensuring the resilience and safety of critical aids to navigation that support mariners around our coastline.

You will be expected to work from the Harwich office two days each week, one of which must be Monday.

The Role

As Lighthouse Manager, you will be responsible for the condition, maintenance, and performance of the lighthouse estate, leading a highly skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and forward-looking engineering operations. Working closely with the Head of Engineering.
