Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay).

The Gastroenterology Section provides services in the Salisbury VAMC, Charlotte HCC, and Kernersville HCC. Applicants will be junior/mid/senior career level physicians interested in supporting and building a strong, clinically oriented program and fostering an environment that encourages the best clinical care for the Veterans we serve.

The Gastroenterology Program Manager will report to the Section Chief of Gastroenterology. The Program Manager will help support the Section Chief and the Assistant Chief in the administrative responsibilities and management of clinical operations and endoscopy program. This will be in addition to his/her primary clinical responsibilities.
