The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. This position plans and provides clinical pharmacy care in hematology/oncology areas throughout the medical center.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and provide clinical pharmacy care in hematology/oncology across the medical center.
  • Collaborate with other pharmacists and practitioners to deliver comprehensive clinical and educational services.
  • Precept residents and students on clinical rotation for inpatient and/or outpatient Oncology/Hematology.
  • Prepare chemotherapy and coordinate handling of investigational drugs.
