The intern will support the European Leadership Project team by driving strategy execution, governance, planning and high-quality communications across the business. As an Intern, you will gain exposure on how strategic priorities are translated into action, and how large, complex organisations coordinate delivery at scale. You will work closely with the European Leadership Project Team to support executive forums, leadership communications, strategic initiatives and employee engagement activity across Europe.

Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank. Throughout the summer, you'll have the chance to explore different career pathways, contribute meaningfully to projects across the company and build lasting relationships with teammates, peers and leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Support strategic initiatives across the European business by gathering inputs, tracking actions and synthesising information into clear outputs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and communications, helping tell the European strategy internally via presentations, updates and events.
  • Explore opportunities to use M365 Copilot and AI tools to streamline processes, improve information gathering and enhance output quality.
  • Work on employee experience initiatives, helping collate, analyse and present insights on how the business is improving engagement and satisfaction.

Basic qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business/English/Marketing with a target completion date of May 2027/2028.
  • Understanding of financial and payments market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proposed Start date: Mid June 2026.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Use of co-pilot/automation to improve processes.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Contract Type:

12 week Fixed term Contract. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
