The intern will support the European Leadership Project team by driving strategy execution, governance, planning and high-quality communications across the business. As an Intern, you will gain exposure on how strategic priorities are translated into action, and how large, complex organisations coordinate delivery at scale. You will work closely with the European Leadership Project Team to support executive forums, leadership communications, strategic initiatives and employee engagement activity across Europe.
Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank. Throughout the summer, you'll have the chance to explore different career pathways, contribute meaningfully to projects across the company and build lasting relationships with teammates, peers and leaders.
Responsibilities- Support strategic initiatives across the European business by gathering inputs, tracking actions and synthesising information into clear outputs.
- Contribute to employee engagement and communications, helping tell the European strategy internally via presentations, updates and events.
- Explore opportunities to use M365 Copilot and AI tools to streamline processes, improve information gathering and enhance output quality.
- Work on employee experience initiatives, helping collate, analyse and present insights on how the business is improving engagement and satisfaction.
