U.S. Bank offers a BSc (Hons) in Finance & Investment Apprenticeship Programme within our Corporate Trust Business, in partnership with the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF). We are a leading European trustee and agency provider, serving financial institutions, corporates, lenders, and advisers for over 100 years, known for responsive, customised services and integrity. Our team provides expert guidance backed by financial strength to help clients succeed.

You will work across key product areas including Structured Finance, CLOs, Loan Agency, Relationship Management, Strategy, and Business Management. As an Apprentice, you will split your time between studying for your degree and working with the Corporate Trust team, contributing meaningfully from day one. You will have opportunities for social and volunteer activities, professional development, leadership exposure, networking, and mentoring.

Who we’re looking for: We seek intellectually curious and creative thinkers who can adapt quickly to market changes. Minimum of 112 UCAS points, GCSE Maths & English 4 or above, preferred A-levels in Maths, Business, or Accounting. Ability to start in October 2025. This is an apprenticeship; candidates with over six months of professional experience in finance or a related degree are not eligible.

Location: London Old Broad Street

Hybrid/flexible schedule: in-office 3+ days per week with flexibility for remote work.

Duration: 48 months

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract
