Role Description
ULC World is looking for a Web Designer + Multimedia Designer (AI‑Focused) to join our growing digital and technology team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in London, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining company websites, developing digital content, and supporting internal IT and digital operations. This hybrid role combines web development, multimedia production, AI‑powered content creation, and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern AI creative tools, web technologies, and digital advertising platforms. You will play a key role in improving ULC World’s digital presence by creating engaging web experiences, managing social media content, and supporting online marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website updates, performance, and overall digital infrastructure
- Create UI/UX designs to improve user experience across web platforms
- Develop AI‑generated visual and video content using modern AI tools
- Work with AI image generation and AI video generation platforms
- Implement AI Prompt Engineering workflows for creative and marketing use
- Produce multimedia content including graphics, motion graphics, and video editing
- Manage and support social media content creation and digital campaigns
- Assist with Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns
- Provide in‑house IT and digital support for website and digital systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, and Video Editing
- Experience working with AI tools for image generation, video generation, and creative automation
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
- Experience using professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Ability to manage multiple creative and technical tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
