We are currently recruiting Sports Coaches to work in schools across Southampton, supporting PE lessons, enrichment activities, and extracurricular sports programmes. These roles are suitable for experienced coaches, sports graduates, and individuals looking to gain experience in an educational setting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality sports and physical activity sessions
- Supporting PE lessons across primary and/or secondary settings
- Leading extracurricular sports clubs and activities
- Promoting teamwork, confidence, and healthy lifestyles
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant sports coaching qualifications or experience
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
