The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Manage and grow your own education recruitment desk (Primary, Secondary, SEN or Support Staff).
  • Build strong relationships with MAT leaders, school SLTs, and high-quality candidates.
  • Leverage our GCA framework status to open new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Deliver a compliant, ethical, and high-quality service aligned with sector standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider growth of the business.
