As a Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. This position is particularly well-suited for graduates with a background in psychology who are interested in pursuing a career in education, mental health, or related fields., * Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons by adapting materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.

  • Observe and support students’ progress, identifying areas where additional assistance may be required.

  • Use psychological principles to help students develop positive coping mechanisms, resilience, and confidence.

U-Educate is seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate (in any sector) to join an Ofsted-rated "Good" SEN school in Fareham as a Behaviour support Assistant. This full-time position begins ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role depending on performance., * Be a recent graduate in psychology or any related field.

  • Have a genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential.
