U-Drive is seeking a proactive Collections Agent to join our Finance team in Poole. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements and support customers in resolving outstanding balances, helping to restore payment flows.
You will work with the Litigation team to understand the collections process and assist with court submissions, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
