U-Drive are recruiting for an upbeat and personable Assistant Manager to join our friendly and close-knit team in Poole. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role involves engaging with customers at the branch, addressing any customer inquiries that may arise, and assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the Branch. About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly and close-knit team in Poole. This role involves working a 45-hour rota from Monday to Sunday.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving year-on-year growth in Fleet, Revenue, and Profitability, while maintaining high fleet utilisation.
- Contribute to the development of all team members, ensuring they are trained, competent, and motivated to support various aspects of branch activity, fostering a positive "Can Do" attitude.
- Actively canvass the local branch area for small business users, establishing strong relationships based on reliability and service.
- Provide valuable sales leads to the Business Development Management team when encountering opportunities for larger accounts.
- Deliver effective account management to all locally assigned branch businesses, supporting the Business Development Management team with account management and feedback for both local and national businesses.
- Ensure the branch consistently delivers excellent customer service.
