U-Drive are hiring! We are looking for a meticulous and organised Part-Time Account Assistant to become a crucial aid to the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciliation of branch cash sheets, assisting with Purchase Ledger functions and supporting the finance team as and when needed.
Work Schedule: 27.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday ideally 8:30-14:00 but open to discuss working pattern.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Account Assistant at U-Drive you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger functions
- Reconciliation of bank and branch cash sheets
- Supporting the finance team as and when required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger functions as and when required
- Reconcile and journal branch cash sheets as directed by the Finance Manager
- Manage and reconcile all EPDQ payments received
- Reconcile all credit card purchases on a monthly basis
- Assist members of the team as and when required
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries promptly
- Bank reconciliations
