U-Drive is seeking a hands-on Damage Manager to lead the damage function across its fleet.
You will manage a team of four, set standards for damage assessment, handle difficult or high-value cases, and ensure fair recoveries while protecting customer relationships.
You will oversee end-to-end damage processes from hire through recovery, coordinate with a network of bodyshops, contribute to supplier performance reviews, and deliver monthly damage and financial reporting in line with ISO standards.
